Privacy
NELLEA is being designed around a simple principle: personal styling information should remain personal. This notice describes the current development website and the planned app data flows.
1. This website
The current pre-launch website does not use an account system, advertising cookies, analytics, or an embedded contact form. If you contact NELLEA using an email link, your email provider processes the message and NELLEA receives the information you choose to send.
2. Information planned for the app
The app may process:
- Account details, such as your email address and authentication provider.
- Profile information, including display name, optional sex selection, measurements, clothing and shoe sizes, language, shopping country, currency, and budget.
- Style preferences, including favourite brands, colours, materials, and clothing dislikes.
- Optional front and side body photos that you choose to upload.
- Outfit requests, recommendations, saved outfits, and feedback.
- Technical information required to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
3. How information is used
Profile details are used to save your settings, filter an eligible product catalogue, prepare outfit recommendations, display locally relevant prices and availability, and improve future recommendations through the feedback you provide.
4. Optional body photos
Body photos are optional and never replace manual measurements. In the current development version, uploaded photos are stored in a private user-specific folder. They are not analysed and are not sent to the recommendation model. Any future analysis feature will require an updated notice and appropriate user controls before release.
5. Service providers
The current development architecture uses Supabase for authentication, database services, server functions, and private file storage. Apple or Google may process authentication information when their sign-in options are used. A server-side recommendation provider may process the minimum profile preferences and eligible catalogue identifiers required to create recommendations; optional body photos are excluded from that request in the current beta.
6. Retailer links and affiliate tracking
Product links may contain affiliate identifiers. When you choose to visit a retailer, the retailer and affiliate network may process click, device, and purchase-attribution information under their own privacy notices. NELLEA does not complete the retail transaction or receive your retailer payment details.
7. Your choices
The planned app lets you edit profile information, replace or delete individual photos, and delete the entire account. Account deletion is designed to remove profile information, photos, measurements, preferences, outfits, and feedback associated with the account, subject to any legally required limited retention.
