These preliminary terms explain the role of NELLEA during private development. Final consumer terms will be published before the app becomes publicly available.
1. Development status
NELLEA is a pre-launch product. Website descriptions, app screens, catalogues, features, availability, and launch plans may change. Nothing on this website is an offer to provide a paid service or a guarantee that a particular feature or retailer will be available.
2. Styling information
NELLEA provides shopping-discovery and styling suggestions. Recommendations are not professional tailoring advice and do not guarantee fit, suitability, availability, or retailer acceptance of an order. Product details should be confirmed on the retailer’s website before purchase.
3. Retail purchases
NELLEA does not sell the clothing displayed in the app. A purchase is completed directly with the applicable retailer and is governed by that retailer’s prices, terms, delivery policy, returns policy, and privacy notice. Questions about an order or refund must be addressed to the retailer.
4. Affiliate relationships
Some outbound product links may be affiliate links. NELLEA may receive a commission when a qualifying purchase follows such a link. Affiliate status does not change the price shown by the retailer. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website or app, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected services, submit unlawful content, or use NELLEA in a way that infringes the rights of another person.
6. Intellectual property
NELLEA’s name, interface, copy, original graphics, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Retailer names, product images, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
